Over the years, we have assembled an impressive team of truly outstanding trainers, each of whom has many years’ experience as a trainer and many of whom have also had ‘hands-on’ experience of customer service roles themselves.
A number of them have also undertaken consultancy projects of one sort or another in the customer service field.
Between them, they have experience of virtually every conceivable sector and type of organisation.
