Candy is a highly experienced trainer whose business ethos was formed early in her career. It rests on two main principles. First, that each encounter with every customer counts, either to enhance sales or reputation. Secondly, that the best route to business development is through good communication by positive, confident people. The overall purpose of all her training is to ‘put a smile on the customer interface’.
A communications specialist who began her career in media sales, Candy has both launched and managed businesses and successfully applied customer service principles to audience development in the music industry. Candy started her own training practice in 2003 working with clients such as HSBC, The Post Office, Vapormatic, EDF Energy, Devon County Council and The Disability Rights Commission as well SMEs, regional Law Societies, NHS medical centres and private dental practices. Her training projects cover an impressive range of sectors, including legal services, media, leisure and hospitality, local government, recruitment, digital systems, health care, dental practice management, engineering and the events industry.

Candy is based in Somerset and delivers customer service training across the South-west (Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Bristol, Avon) and London and the home counties.
