We have some truly outstanding trainers in this area, all of them combining many years of practical experience with a passion and a talent for sharing their knowledge and expertise. These programmes are all delivered in a lively, relaxed, informal manner – but not at the expense of a resolute focus on helping people improve performance, whether their own or their teams’. The programmes range from half-day ‘energisers’ to three-day ‘immersion’ courses. Dramatic training – actor-based training programmes

There are many hugely successful, long-running West End shows which continue to impress their audiences for years and even decades. But where does the success start? The cast learn their lines and then rehearse their roles, receiving feedback from the director until every aspect of the production is perfect. In business the rules are the same. ‘Energisers’

These intensive half-day sessions are each based on a series of short formal presentations interspersed with practical exercises. This is a very engaging format, which gives everyone a chance to take part in a range of activities in order to practise the key principles. The emphasis is very much on experiential learning, through fun and creativity.
